Anne-Marie Duff has been an English actress, narrator, and writer for more than 30 years. Following her graduation from Drama Centre London Duff made TV appearances on Trial & Retribution Amongst Women and Aristocrats in the late 1990s. Anne-Marie Duff is a Britsih actress born on the 8th of October 1970. She was born in Chiswick, London, United Kingdom. Anne-Marie Duff was born on 8th October 1970 and is an English screen and stage actress. She first gained prominence for her role as Fiona Gallagher during the UK's Shameless series. She then played the role of Queen Elizabeth I in The Virgin Queen (2006) as well as the lead character in the show From Darkness in 2015. Duff was the role of Enigma in Enigma (2001), The Magdalene Sisters The Magdalene Sisters Scandal (2007) French Film (2008) The Last Station, Nowhere Boy Before Go To Sleep (2014) as well as Suffragette (2005). The Virgin Queen, Shameless The Virgin Queen, Nowhere Boy Suffragette, The Last Station garnered Duff BAFTA nominations in the categories of Best Actress as well as Best Supporting Actress. The History of Mr Polly (2007) was her BAFTA Cymru Award-winning performance in Best Actress.
